1. In response to reference (a), recommend disapproval of the
petitioner's request.
2. The petitioner received orders that required obligated service
until October 2006. He reenlisted on 31 August 2001 for five
years to meet that requirement and accept those orders. He was
not eligible for reenlistment under the OBLISERTJ to Train and
Reenlistment program.
3 . In view of the above, recommend disapproval.
4. This is an advisory memorandum to reference (a) for use by the
Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) only. Enclosure (1)
is returned.
