This is in reference to your application for correction
provisions of title 10 of the United States Code, section 1552. You requested that your
reenlistment code of RE-4 (not eligible for reenlistment without prior approval of the Chief
of Naval Personnel) be upgraded to RE-1 (eligible for reenlistment). You asserted that you
were having relationship problems with your fiancee ’; that you left the Navy and came
home; that you never gave your military career a chance; and that you made a
