MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our 
decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice.  Therefore, we 
recommend that: 
 
 
APPLICANT, be corrected to show that: 
 
 
retention/retirement year 21 April 2009 through 20 April 2010, resulting in 14 active duty points, 
21 inactive duty points, 0 Extension Course Institute points, 15 membership points, for a total of 
50 retirement points and a satisfactory year of Federal service.     
 
 
b. He was credited with 14 paid active duty points and 24 inactive duty training 
points for retention/retirement year 21 April 2011 to 20 April 2012, resulting in 14 active duty 
points, 24 inactive duty training points, 45 Extension Course Institute points, 15 membership 
points, for a total of 98 retirement points and a year of satisfactory Federal service.
