MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF

      Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code,
Air Force Instruction 36-2603, and having assured compliance with the
provisions of the above regulation, the decision of the Air Force Board for
Correction of Military Records is announced, and it is directed that:

      The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force
relating to            , be corrected to show that his spouse , son and
daughter were authorized to attend an Outside Continental United States
(OCONUS) terrorist briefing at Ramstein AB, GE from 31 July 1998 - 7 August
1998.        and  are authorized 75% of the Meals and Incidental Expense
(M&IE) rate for Ramstein AB, GE $65.00 per day x 75% x 2 x 8 days =
$780.00.         is authorized 50% of the M&IE rate for Ramstein AB, GE
$65.00 per day x 50% x 8 days = $260.00.  Reimbursement for lodging from
31 July 1998 - 5 August 1998 is $35.00 per night x 6 nights = $210.00 and
from 6 August 1998 - 7 August 1998 $40.00 per night x 2 nights = $80.00.
Total reimbursement for dependents due to temporary duty (TDY) status for
OCONUS briefing is $1,330.00.
