MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code,
Air Force Instruction 36-2603, and having assured compliance with the
provisions of the above regulation, the decision of the Air Force Board for
Correction of Military Records is announced, and it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force
relating to , be corrected to show that:
a. He was in a temporary duty status during the period 25
July 1998 - 6 August 1998, rather than leave status.
b. His spouse was authorized to attend an Outside Continental
United States (OCONUS) terorist briefing in Plymouth, IN from 7 August 1998
- 11 October 1998. Spouse is authorized 75% of the member’s entitlement
for per diem $30.00 per day x 75% x 66 days = $1,485.00. Total
reimbursement for dependent due to TDY status for OCONUS briefing is
$1,485.00.
