MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF

      Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code,
Air Force Instruction 36-2603, and having assured compliance with the
provisions of the above regulation, the decision of the Air Force Board for
Correction of Military Records is announced, and it is directed that:

      The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force
relating to               , be corrected to show that:

            a.   Her temporary duty (TDY) at McGuire AFB, NJ was performed
within the local area of McGuire AFB, NJ, but outside McGuire AFB, NJ
permanent duty station limits.

            b.   Her spouse , daughter , and son  were authorized to enter
into a required Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) terrorist
briefing in    , NY from 1 August 1998 to 7 October 1998.     and  are
authorized 75% of the member’s entitlement for per diem $30.00 per day x
75% x 2 x 68 days = $3,060.00.         is authorized 50% of the member’s
entitlement for per diem $30.00 per day x 50% x 68 days = $1,020.l00.
Total reimbursenet for dependents due to briefing is $4,080.00.
