MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code,
Air Force Instruction 36-2603, and having assured compliance with the
provisions of the above regulation, the decision of the Air Force Board for
Correction of Military Records is announced, and it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force
relating to , be corrected to show that his spouse and
daughter were authorized to attend an Outside Continental United States
(OCONUS) terrorist briefing at Philadelphia, PA from 3 September 1998 - 8
October 1998. is authorized 100% of the per diem entitlement
$38.00 per day x 100% x 36 days = $1,368.00. is authorized 50%
of the per diem entitlement $38.00 x 50% x 36 days = $684.00.
Reimbursement for travel from Philadelphia, PA (TDY point) to port of
embarkation (Baltimore, MD) on 9 October 1998 is 98 miles x $.17 per mile =
$16.66. Total reimbursement for dependents due to mandatory briefing is
$2,068.66.
