MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States
Cude'and Air Force Instruction 36- 2603, and having assured
compliance with the provisions of the above regulation, the
decision of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records
is announced, and it is directed that:

a. The ten (10) month extension of his enlistment,
approved on 24 July 1998, be, and hereby is, declared void.
b. He was honorably discharged on 28 February 1998 and
reenlisted in the Regular Air Force on 1 March 1998 for a period
of six ( 6 ) years; and, at the time of his reenlistment on 1 March
1998, he was entitled to a zone B, multiple three Selective
Reenlistment Bonus (SRB), with obligated service through 3 June
1 9 9 9 .

MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR
SUBJECT :
Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the
recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility
and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our decision
that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an
injustice.
