This is in reference to your applicant on for correction of your naval record pursuant to the provisions of 0 Usc 1552.

A three-member panel of the Board for correction of Naval Records, sitting in executive session, conside r ed your application on 29 March 2007. Your allegations of e r ror and injustice were reviewed in accordance with administrative reg u lations and procedures applicable to the proceedings of this Board. In addition, the Board considered the advisory opinion furn is hed by C NO memo 7220 N13OD1/Ser 06U0739 of 28 Dec 06, a copy of which is attached.

After careful and conscientious consi d eration of the entire record, a majority of the Board found that the evidence submitted was insufficient to establish the existen ce of probable material error or injustice.
