         930322: Physical examination cleared applicant for separation
         930715: Psychiatric evaluation diagnoses applicant with adjustment disorder
                  with mixed emotional features.
         931015: Unit commander notified the applicant of initiation of separation
                  action under the provisions of Chapter 14, AR 635-200, for
                  misconduct. She was advised of her rights.
         931023: Applicant acknowledged notification, waived legal counsel, waived
                  her rights, and did not submit a statement in her own behalf.
         931021: Unit commander recommended separation from the Service.
         Undated: Intermediate commander recommended approval with a general
                  discharge.
         931102: Separation authority waived rehabilitation and approved separation
                  with a general discharge.
         931110: Applicant was discharge.
