1. Summary of facts and circumstances concerning discharge:
         901105: Applicant was found guilty by a special court-martial of wrongful
                  use of marijuana (900723). She was sentenced to be discharged with
                  a Bad Conduct Discharge, forfeiture of $300.00 pay for one month and
                  reduction to E-1.
         910205: The sentence was approved. The record of trial was forwarded to the
                  Judge Advocate General of the Army for review by the Court of
                  Military Review.
         920225: The United States Army Court of Military Review affirmed the
                  approved findings of guilty and the sentence.
         940401: The sentence having been affirmed pursuant to Article 66 and Article
                  71(c) having been complied with, the sentence was ordered to be
                  executed.
         940526: Applicant was discharged.
