1. I am recommending your discharge from the United States Air Force for
minor disciplinary infractions. The authority for this action is AFR
39-10, paragraph 5-46, If my recornendation is approved, your service
will be characterized as honorable or general. I am recommending that
your service be characterized as general,
2. My reasons for this action are:
a. On or about 25 Apr 92, you willfully disobeyed a lawful order
given to you by a noncommissioned officer. For this you received
nonjudicial punshrnent consisting of reduction to grade of airman and
forfeiture of 7 days pay.
b. On or about: 20 Mar 92, you were insubordinare and disrespectful in *
your conduct toward a noncommissioned officer. For this you received a
letter of reprimand.

c. On or about 14 Feb 92, it was brought to the attention of the unit
that you were delinquent (total amount: of $34) in paying your account kith
the Tradewinds NCO Club. For this you received a letter of reprimand.
d. On or about 24 Dec 91, it was brought to the attention of the unit
that: on 1 Dec 91 you issued a check to AAFES for $27 which was returned -
due to non-sufficient funds. For this you received a letter of
counseling. '

of suspended reduction to grade of airman basic and forfeiture of $75 pay ,
per month for two months.
Copies of the documents to be forwarded to the separation authority in
support of this recommendation are attached. The cormnandex exercising
SPCM jurisdiction or a higher authority will decide whether you will be
discharged or retained in the Air Force. If you are discharged, you will
be ineligible for reenlistment in the Air Force.
3. You have the right to consult counsel. Military legal counsel has

your medical and immunization records. Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew
gum after 2000 hours on 14 May 92. If applicable, you must refrain from
wearing contact lenses and consuming alcohol at least three days prior to
your examination. If you wear glasses, you must bring them with you. A
TB Tine Test should be taken prior to the physical exam date. If this 2s
not accomplished before the exam, report immediately to the Immunization
Clinic upon completion of the physical for the TB Tine Test.
7. Any personal information you furnish in rebuttal is covered by the
Privacy Act Statement as explained in AFR 39-10, attachment 6. A copy of
