MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

SUBJECT:

Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendations of
the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt their rationale expressed as the
basis for our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an
injustice. Therefore, we recommend the applicant's records be corrected to show that:

The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to
APPLICANT, be corrected to reflect that the cardio and sit-up components of his Fitness
Assessments (FA) dated 26 January 2011 and 17 March 2011, reflect “exempt” in the Air
Force Fitness Management System (AFFMS).

Members of the Board considered this application on 9 April 2013.
