His Reentry (RE) code of 2C (Involuntary separation with
Honorable discharge) be changed to a code that will allow him to
enlist in the United States Marine Corps.

in the Regular Air Force on 29 Mar 11.
On 17 Oct 11, the applicant was notified by his commander of his
intent to recommend his discharge from the Air Force for
unsatisfactory duty performance. The specific reason for the

On 17 Oct 11, the applicant acknowledged receipt of the action
and elected not to submit a statement in his behalf.
On 1 Nov 11, the applicant was furnished an honorable discharge
for unsatisfactory duty performance, issued an RE code of 2C,

an error or injustice. The applicant was eliminated from the

demonstrate the existence of an error or injustice. We took

recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility
and adopt its rationale as the basis for our conclusion that the

Therefore, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, we find
no basis to recommend granting the relief sought in this
