ADDENDUM TO
                            RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
AIR FORCE BOARD FOR CORRECTION OF MILITARY RECORDS

IN THE MATTER OF: DOCKET NUMBER: BC-2007-00068
            INDEX CODE: 110.00
            COUNSEL: NONE

            HEARING DESIRED: NO

_________________________________________________________________

APPLICANT REQUESTS THAT:

In the applicant's appeal for reconsideration, she requests another review
of her Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) evaluation.

_________________________________________________________________

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

The applicant enlisted in the Regular Air Force on 23 May 94.

A similar appeal submitted by the applicant was considered and denied by
the Board on 10 Apr 07. For an accounting of the facts and circumstances
surrounding the applicant’s requests and the rationale for the earlier
decision by the Board, see the Record of Proceedings, with Exhibits at
Exhibit E.

Through a congressional inquiry, the applicant is seeking another review of
her MEB evaluation. In the documentation provided by the applicant she
states that another service member was retained on active duty whose
medical situation and circumstances were similar to hers. She also states
she is not seeking return to duty but believes she should have received
higher compensation (Exhibit F).

_________________________________________________________________

THE BOARD CONCLUDES THAT:

After careful consideration of the applicant’s reconsideration request and
the documentation submitted in support of her appeal, we are not persuaded
that reversal of our previous determination is warranted. The applicant’s
contentions are duly noted, however, we are not persuaded by the
documentation provided that the disability rating assigned at final
disposition of her case was improper, erroneous, or contrary to the
provisions of the governing regulations. Therefore, in view of the
foregoing, we find no compelling basis to recommend granting the relief
sought in this application.
