relevant education and experience upon transfer from an Army line Officer position
to an h r Force professional position.

This Headquarters recommends relief. The applicant was appointed in the
Ar National Guard on 2 Dec 95. H3s constructive service credit was computed
by ANGDPPSO using an incorrect authority. In accordance with AFI 36-2005, the
member was an Army National Guard @ne) officer requesting to transfer to the Ar
National Guard (Medxal Service Corp). Therefore, his constructive service crecht
should have been computed IAW AFI 36-2005, Table 21.3 Rule 6. The member's
constructive service creht has been recomputed as follows: Master Degree,
Business Administration, (AFI 36-2005, Table 2.5 Rule 39, 2 years, 0 months and 0
days) and Army National Guard - line officer, (MI 36-2005, Table 2.5, Rule 45, 1
