We note that applicant's request pertaining to Block 7A of his DD
Form 214 has been corrected administratively; therefore, the only
issue before this Board Is his r - e q i s s t that the 40LC be added to
the MSM in Block 13. It appears that the applicant was requested
by AFPC/DPPPRA to provide copies of the orders fox- award of the
third anc fourth OLCs to ensure his records were ccmpiete and up
to date; however, he did not r-espond. In view of the above and
after noting that without a copy o f -,he orders awarding the 40LC
to the MSM, applicant's eligibility for, or- entitlement to, this
decoration cannot be ver-ified. Therefore, the facts, and o p i n i o n s
stated in the advisory opiniori appear- to be based orL the evidence
of record and have not been rebutted by applicant.
