RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that the 36 days,
from on or about 27 November 2000 to 3 January 2001, which were erroneously reflected as
annual leave be reflected as regular duty vice annual leave and that his leave balance be
adjusted accordingly and that all leave left at the time of his separation be reflected as Lump
Sum Leave (LSL).
