3. The Board, having reviewed all the facts of record pertaining to Petitioner

RECOMMENDATION:

That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that he was on leave
from 18 August 2000 to 3 1 August 2000 vice 8 August 2000 through 31 August 2000 to
correct a typographical error which reflected a leave start date of 8 August vice 18 August
and that his leave balance be adjusted accordingly and that all remaining leave be paid as
LSL in conjunction with   his transfer to the Fleet Reserve on 1 September 2000.
