Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be
corrected to show that he departed the Naval Justice School, Newport,
vice on

RECOMMENDATION:

That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that he departed the
Naval Justice School, Newport RI on 24 April 2001 vice on 15 March 2001 and that this
period be reflected as regular duty vice annual leave and that his leave balance be adjusted
accordingly. All other entries in his record concerning transfers and leave, during the above
period of time, are to be removed.
