1. Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,

a. Before applying to this Board, Petitioner exhausted all administrative remedies
available under existing law and regulations within the Department of the Navy.

subject matter addressed in Petitioner’s application has commented to the effect that the
request has merit and warrants favorable action.

Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, and especially in light of the

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. The 6 year reenlistment executed on or about 4 June 1999 is null and void.
Member will revert to previous EAOS of 7 October 1999.
b. She executed a 19 month extension, operative date on or about 8 October 1999, to
take her to graduation date.
c.
She executed a NAVPERS
1070/613 agreeing to obligate service for at least 4 years

d. She was discharged on 6 May 2001 and reenlisted on 7 May 2001
