This is in reference to your application for correction of your naval record pursuant to the
provisions of title 10 of the United States Code, section 1552. You requested correction of
your naval record to reflect promotion to lieutenant effective 1 September 2000. You have
been promoted to lieutenant effective 16 April 2001, the date of your transfer to the
Temporary Disability Retirement List 

(TDRL).

A three-member panel of the Board for Correction of Naval Records, sitting in executive
session, considered your application on 12 July 2001. Your allegations of error and injustice
were reviewed in accordance with administrative regulations and procedures applicable to the

you were correctly promoted as of the date of your transfer to the TDRL.
