871025: Unit commander notified applicant of initiation of separation action
under the provisions of Chapter 15, AR 635-200, solicited another to
engage in homosexual acts. He was advised of his rights.
 Undated: Applicant acknowledged notification, consulted legal counsel,
requested a hearing by a board of officers and did not submit a
statement in his own behalf.
Undated: Unit commander recommended applicant be separated from the Service.
871202: Intermediate commander recommended approval with an under other than
honorable conditions discharge.
871202: Senior intermediate commander recommended approval with an under
other than honorable conditions discharge.
871223: Applicant again consulted legal counsel and voluntarily waived a
hearing by a board of officers contingent upon receiving a
