show his correct enlistment grade.

Document-Armed Forces of the United States), should read “beginning in pay
grade E-2,” and not, “beginning in pay grade E-3.”

Record (MFR) for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, 43rd Adjutant General
Battalion, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, a copy of his training of choice

on
3 May 2005, in the pay grade of E-3.
2. The applicant’s DD Form 214 indicates he was released from initial
active duty training (IADT) on 2 February 2005, in the pay grade of E-1.
He was awarded the military occupational specialty (MOS) 92S
(Laundry/Textile Specialist).

contract, which resulted in an incorrect grade being shown on his DD Form
4/1.
2. The applicant's DD Form 4/1 erroneously shows his enlistment grade as
E-3. The MFR from USAREC dated 4 May 2005, confirmed that the DD Form 4/1
