Army Recruiting Command Liaison at Fort Leonard Wood, MO confirms that she enlisted in the Regular Army on 28 August 2001 in pay grade E-2. Her Enlistment/Reenlistment Contract, DD Form 4/3, item 21a erroneously shows she enlisted in pay grade E-4.
CONCLUSIONS:
1. There is an administrative error on the applicant’s DD Form 4/3. The evidence of record shows she enlisted on 28 August 2001 in pay grade E-2, not in pay grade E-4.
2. In view of the foregoing, the applicant’s records should be corrected as recommended below.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the applicant’s DD Form 4/3 dated 28 August 2001, item 21a be corrected to show she enlisted in pay grade E-2.
