MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

SUBJECT:

Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air
Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our
decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we
recommend the former member’s records be corrected to show that:

The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the
APPLICANT, be corrected to show that her Fitness Assessment score, dated 27 June 2012, be
corrected to reflect” exempt” in the cardio, pushup, and sit-up components.

The applicant has been advised of the recommended relief and agrees that it is full and
fitting.

Members of the Board considered this application on 16 April 2013.
