SUBJECT:
Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our
decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we
recommend the applicant's records be corrected to show that at the time of discharge on 5 July
2000, his narrative reason for separation was “Secretarial Authority” rather than “Personality
Disorder,” and the separation program designator code was “KFF” rather than “JFX.”
