MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for
Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States
Code, it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to ,
be corrected to show that the AF Form 707, Officer Performance Report (Lt thru Col), rendered
for the period 4 June 2010 through 1 October 2011, was accomplished, printed, and physically
signed by the rater in Section IV, the additional rater in Section V, the reviewer in Section VI,
and the ratee in Section VIII on 10 November 2011, and that the corrected report was accepted
for file in his Officer Selection Record on 11 November 2011.
It is further directed that he be considered for promotion to the grade of lieutenant colonel
by a Special Selection Board (SSB) for the Calendar Year 2012A Lieutenant Colonel Central
Selection Board and any subsequent boards for which the above corrected OPR was not a matter
of record.
