MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR 

 

SUBJECT: 

 

 Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of 
the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the 
basis for our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an 
injustice. Therefore, we recommend the applicant's records be corrected to show that: 

 

 The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to 
APPLICANT, be corrected to reflect: 

 

 a. He was discharged effective October 15, 2003, after three years in the 
Inactive Status List Reserve Section. 

 

 b. He had a break in service from October 16, 2003 through June 25, 2006. 

 

 c. His Total Federal Commissioned Service Date, Total Years Service Date 
and Pay Date be adjusted to February 11, 1987. 

 

 d. His Mandatory Separation Date be adjusted to March 1, 2015.
