MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR
SUBJECT: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the
recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt
the rationale expressed as the basis for our decision that the applicant
has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, under
the authority delegated in AFI 36-2603, the applicant's records will be
corrected as set forth in the accompanying Memorandum for the Chief of
Staff signed by the Executive Director of the Board or his designee.

MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force
Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section
1552, Title 10, United States Code (70A Stat 116), it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force
relating to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, be corrected to show that:
a. He was awarded 14 non-paid active duty points, and 48 non-
paid, inactive duty training points for the Retention/Retirement Year 14
May 2002 through 13 May 2003, resulting in 77 total points; and that the
period 14 May 2002 through 13 May 2003 is a year of satisfactory Federal
service.
b. He was awarded an additional 8 non-paid active duty points,
and an additional 16 non-paid, inactive duty training points for the
Retention/Retirement Year 14 May 2003 through 13 May 2004, resulting in 95
total points.
c. He was awarded an additional 12 non-paid active duty
points, and an additional 16 non-paid, inactive duty training points for
the Retention/Retirement Year 14 May 2004 through 13 May 2005, resulting in
75 total points; and that the period 14 May 2004 through 13 May 2005 is a
year of satisfactory Federal service.
d. He was awarded 14 non-paid active duty points, and 48 non-
paid, inactive duty training points for the Retention/Retirement Year 14
May 2005 through 13 May 2006, resulting in 77 total points; and that the
period 14 May 2005 through 13 May 2006 is a year of satisfactory Federal
service.
