At approximately 0530 hours, 3 June 1952, the Charge of Quarters (CQ) awakened the applicant for KP duty, but the applicant stated that he would not report for duty. Following his breakfast, the Mess Sergeant approached him and ordered him to report for KP duty. In view of the foregoing findings and conclusions, and in the interest of justice and equity, it would be appropriate to correct the applicantÂ’s records as indicated below.
