After a thorough review of the records, supporting documents, facts, and circumstances unique to this case, the Board found that the discharge was proper and equitable (C and D).

The applicant requested his discharge be changed to Honorable Entry Level Separation or Uncharacterized. The NDRB found that the applicant’s misconduct, specifically his use of drugs, was of such significance as to warrant an accurate characterization of service. The NDRB found the Other Than Honorable discharge proper and equitable. Relief is not warranted.
