1. Pursuant to the Provisions of reference (a), Petitioner
applied to this Board requesting her naval record be corrected by
changing the reentry |code she was assigned on 31 May 2006.
2... The Board, consisting of Ms. Ms. and Mr.
Wipe eviewed Petitiloner's allegations of error and injustice on
6 August 2008 and, pulrsuant to its regulations, determined that
the corrective action indicated below should be taken on the
available evidence of record. Documentary material considered by
the Board consisted of the enclosures, naval records, and
applicable Statutes, regulations and policies.
3. The Board, having|reviewed all the facts of record pertaining
to Petitioner's allegations of error and injustice, finds as
follows:
a. Before applying to this Board, Petitioner exhausted all
administrative remedids available under existing law and
regulations within the Department of the Navy. Petitioner
enlisted in the Navy on 8 June 2005. On 29 March 2006 a clinical
psychologist diagnosed] Petitioner as having a chronic adjustment
disorder with a depressed mood. Petitioner was reevaluated on 2
May 2006, and the diaghosis was confirmed. On 31 May 2006 she
received a general dis¢tharge by reason of a condition not a
disability, and was assigned a reentry code of RE-4.
CONCLUSION:
Board concludes that Petitioner's request warrants favorable
action. The Board concludes that the reentry code RE-3G, should
now be assigned since her record does not warrant the most
