That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:

a. By letter dated 20 February 2002 Petitioner applied to the appropriate naval
authorities for an extension of the 180 days in which to ship his
incident to his release from active duty.
By letter dated 20 February 2002 the appropriate
naval authorities approved his request for an extension of the 180 day period in which to ship
HHGs. An extension of 10 months was approved which authorized Petitioner to ship his

on 2 January 2003.
