Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,

a. On 9 October 2001 Petitioner submitted a letter to the appropriate Naval authorities
requesting an extension of the one year limitation in which to ship his
expense incident to his transfer to the Fleet Reserve.
Naval authorities approved his request and extended his entitlement to ship
