Pursuant to the provisibns of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be
corrected to show that his Officer Appointment Acceptance and Oath of Office was signed on
the date he graduated from the Naval Academy.

2. The Board, consisting of Messrs.
