Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be
corrected to establish entitlement to a zone

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. The 4 month extension agreement, operative date on or about 23 October 2003, is
null and void.
b. He was discharged on 27 September 2001 and reenlisted on 28 September 2001
(completion of
“C” school). The term is 6 years.
This change will entitle petitioner to a zone
ratin: (NEC 2735).
