Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner ’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. He was discharged on 13 December 2001 and reenlisted on 14 December 2001
(completion of MA “A” school). The term is 4 years (if Petitioner desires a longer term he
must notify the Board, in writing).
b. This change will entitle petitioner to a zone
rating.
