RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. The Branch/Class (BR/CL) on the reenlistment contract executed on or about 22
November 1999 is USN, vice USNR. RADO is blank, vice 36 months.
b. He was discharged on 2 May 2002 and reenlisted on 3 May 2002. The term is 6
years.
