Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject, hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,

CONCLUSION

Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, and especially in light of the

RECOMMENDATION:

That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:

a. The 4 year reenlistment executed on or about 17 April 2000 is null and void.

b. He executed a 24 month extension, operative date on or about 16 December 2002,

to obligate service for BUPERS orders 2929.

C. That a copy of this Report of Proceedings be filed in Petitioner

’s naval record.
