This is in response to your application for correction of military
records wherein you request that the Social Security Account Number (SSAN)
on your Enlisted Qualification Record (DA Form 20) be corrected and that a
search be made to determine an individual's name and service number
(identity) contained on Special Orders Number 156.

Please be advised that a review of your records shows that a
correction has already been made to your DA Form 20 to correct you SSAN.
However, the order that you provided (Special Orders 156) are not contained
in your official records and this Board is not an investigative agency.

Inasmuch as your records have already been corrected and since the
Board is not an investigative agency and does not have the resources to do
so, no effective relief can be granted by the Army Board for Correction of
Military Records. Accordingly, your application has been filed without
action.

                                     Sincerely,

                                 Carl W. S. Chun
                       Director, Army Board for Correction
                               of Military Records
