1. Summary of facts and circumstances concerning discharge:
910612: Applicant was charged with wrongfully possessing over 30 grams of
marijuana and around 10 grams of marijuana in the form of hashish
with intent to distribute.
Undated: Applicant consulted legal counsel, requested discharge under the
provision of Chapter 10, AR 635-200, for the good of the service -
in lieu of court-martial and did not submit a statement in his own
behalf.
910621: Staff Judge Advocate, recommended approval with an under other than
honorable conditions discharge.
910625: Separation authority approved separation with an under other than
honorable conditions discharge.
910628: Applicant declined separation physical examination.
