         850828: Unit commander notified the applicant of initiation of separation
         action under the provisions of Chapter 5, AR 635-200, for failure to
         meet body fat standards. He was advised of his rights.
         Undated: Separation authority approved separation with a honorable discharge,
         and transferred applicant to the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR).
         850909: Applicant was discharged.
