         931130:  Unit commander notified the applicant of initiation of separation                 action under the provisions of Chapter 14, AR 635-200, for                         misconduct. He was advised of his rights.
         931130:  Applicant acknowledged notification, waived legal counsel, waived a               hearing by a board of officers, and did not submit a statement in                 his own behalf.
         931130:  Unit commander recommended separation from the service and request                rehabilitation requirements be waived.
         931201:  Intermediate commander recommended approval with a general under                  honorable conditions discharge.
         931207:  Separation authority approved separation with a general under                      honorable conditions discharge.
