1. Summary of facts and circumstances concerning discharge:
         890913:  Applicant was found guilty by a special court-martial of larceny                  890729). He was sentenced to be discharged with a Bad Conduct                      Discharge, confinement for six months, forfeiture of $350.00 pay per              month for six months, and reduction to E1.
         891213:  The sentence was approved. The record of trial was forwarded to The               Judge Advocate General of The Army for review by the Court of                      Military Review.
         900622:  The sentence having been affirmed pursuant to Article 66 and Article              71 (c) having been complied with, the sentence was ordered to be                  executed.
         900814:  Applicant was discharged.
