1. Summary of facts and circumstances concerning discharge:

920518: Applicant was found guilty by a special court-martial for conspiracy
to commit larceny of a car alarm system, of a value of about $95.00,
the property of AAFES (911205); stealing a car alarm system, of a
value of about $95.00 (911205). He was sentenced to be discharged
with a Bad Conduct Discharge, confinement for three months,
forfeiture of $523.00 pay per month for three months and reduction
to the grade of E1.
920911: The sentence was approved. The record of trial was forwarded to the
Judge Advocate General of the Army for review by the Court of
Military Review.
951010: The sentence having been affirmed pursuant to Article 66 and Article
71 (c) having been complied with, the sentence was ordered to be
executed.
951101: Applicant was discharged.
