THE BOARD CONSIDERED THE FOLLOWING EVIDENCE:

1. Application for correction of military records (with supporting documents provided, if any).

2. Military Personnel Records and advisory opinions (if any).

THE APPLICANT'S REQUEST, STATEMENT, AND EVIDENCE:

* DD Form 214

CONSIDERATION OF EVIDENCE:

1. The applicant enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) on 17 September 2004 for 8 years.

2. He provided a DD Form 220, dated 9 July 2005, which shows he entered active duty on 17 May 2005 and departed active duty on 30 July 2005, a total of 2 months and 14 days.
