The Board considered the following additional evidence:

Exhibit C – Record of Proceedings dated 19 June 2007.

CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE:

9. On 13 August 2007, new information was received from the United States Army Human Resources Command, St. Louis, Missouri, in regard to the decision of the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) in Docket Number AR20060016760, dated 19 June 2007.

10. The evidence submitted consists of a request that the applicant be granted an educational waiver during promotion consideration.

ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS:

6. At the time of the decision of the ABCMR in Docket Number AR20060016760, dated 19 June 2007, it was the intent of the ABCMR to make the applicant’s record as administratively correct as it should properly have been at the time.

7. The ABCMR's decision in Docket Number AR20060016760, failed to show the applicant's need for an education waiver during his promotion consideration.

8. Based on the foregoing conclusion, it would be appropriate to amend the prior ABCMR decision.
