CONCLUSIONS:
1. There is an administrative error on the applicant’s DD Form 4/3. The evidence of record shows he enlisted on 24 August 1999 for 3 years and 00 weeks, not 3 years and 15 weeks.
2. In view of the foregoing, the applicant’s records should be corrected as recommended below.
