1. LEGAL SUFFICIENCY:  I have reviewed the attached case file o 

pending proper medical clearance pursuant to AFI 36-3208, para 5.49, find it 

legally sufficient to support separating Arnn Hardwick for Minor Disciplinary Infractions with 
an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge without probation and rehabilitation.

4.  BASIS FOR ACTION:  The basis for action in the case is AFPD 36-32 and AFI 36-3208, 
para 5.49, and involves the following misconduct: 

a.  In April 200-as
